Area Description

Duluth, Georgia is in Gwinnett County and is considered Metro Atlanta. Inside the city limits, you will find a beautiful downtown center, which has great walkability. There is the Duluth Town Green, which is home to award-winning festivals, as well as food trucks, FREE live concerts and more! A step away from the Town Green, you will find restaurants, a coffee shop, a live music venue and some quaint shops.

There are neighborhoods and condos surrounding downtown Duluth.

Venturing outside of the city limits, you can find top medical facilities, Gwinnett Place Mall, the Infinite Energy Center (home of well-known concerts, sporting events and more), Shorty Howell Park (part of the highly rated Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation), and an out-of-this-world International dining scene.

Within a days drive you can get to downtown Atlanta or view the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Lake Lanier, a large recreational lake, and the Mall of Georgia are a short 15-20 minute drive.
