A new regional airport with airline service to DEN, SLC, PHX and LA. A full time symphony orchestra, numerous galleries, theater including the Tuachan Center featuring big name concerts. 4 National Parks with in a very short drive as well as State Parks and recreation areas with in minutes. A city parks system that includes everything from carousels, "erupting volcano," a small gauge rail train, etc. We are bisected by I-15 with winter snow skiing/boarding 90 miles away. Things to Do, Recreation & Fitness










   St. George is known as "the Fitness City." Virtually surrounded by State and National Parks as well as Recreation areas that include close proximity reservoirs and the large "inland oceans" of lakes Mead and Powell. Zion National Park is 40 minutes from down town St. George. Grand and Bryce canyon are just a short drive. Water and snow ski the same day in the spring. Broadway in the desert at the 2,000+ seat Tuachan Center in stunning red rock canyons just minutes away. Nationally ranked College as well as multiple high school sports programs. Nationally ranked "Sr. Games" as well as the St. George Marathon held in the 1st week of October.

Art, natural history, galleries, plays, the South West Symphony Orchestra with a regularly scheduled season, several scheduled arts street fairs, many jazz, individual celebrity performances and big name concerts held through out the year in numerous venues through out the region both in and out of doors.

I-15 and an exceptional surface streets system. SunTran public bus system. Multiple round trip daily flights to Salt Lake City, Denver, Phoenix and Los Angeles via Delta/American and United via Sky West Airlines which is based in St. George.
