Charming Atlantic Highlands, nestled in among the rolling hills along the Bayshore, boasts more Victorian homes than any other town in New Jersey outside of Cape May. Scenic Ocean Boulevard winds along the cliffs to Mt. Mitchell Overlook - the highest point along the East Coast. The road and park have outstanding views of New York City. NYC is just a short ferry ride away on the Seastreak Ferry. There is also bus and train service to the City. The Town has a "Bedford Falls" downtown with great shops, galleries and restaurants. It even has a movie theater and two live performance venues.
Where else can you get cliffs and beach next to each other? It also overlooks Sandy Hook - Gateway National Park with incredible beaches and nature trails. The Town has a magnificent Municipal Harbor, hiking trails and great people. Housing is affordable.
