Kane is a borough in Mckean County,94 miles by south of Erie Pennsylvania. It is the home of the Kane Area School district, known as the Kane Wolves
Kane is commended for its little or no crime and its friendly citizens. Kane is nestled in the Alleghany National Forest.,known for its streams, fishing and hunting, paths and trails.
Located not far from the famous Kinzua Bridge/Dam, Chapman Dam and the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford campus.
Founded by General Thomas L Kane in 1863. Formerly the home of the Lobo Wolf farm. Famous residents of include two time NBA Chamion and 1992 Olympic Gold medalists Chuck Daly and Amy Rudolph,an olympic distance runner.
