Excelsior Spring, is a community of 11,000, and is ten minutes from Kansas City, thirty from downtown KC.

Most workers commute by car to KC. We are a city known for our mineral water and rich history.

   Local Parks and recreation with everything within ten minutes. We have James Farm, Watkins Mill State Park, and Worlds of Fun. There are many miles of walking paths to enjoy.

Cultural Activities


Paradise playhouse dinner theatre and Slightly off Broadway features local actors in both facilities. Wabash BBQ has a Summer Series Blues.

Public transportation


Divided highways to KC. Local city has bus transportation in city limits. Cost is 50 cents. Most car rentals are 10 minutes away.

Medical Facilities


Excelsior Springs City Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital with a full Emergency room. We also have a VA Clinic.
