In West Texas, the sky is limitless. Nowhere else in Texas do the stars at night shine quite so brightly or do the sunsets seem quite so rosy. The earth displays its own vigor with golden or fuchsia prickly pear cacti blooming with exuberance among live oaks and pines, as desert vistas shimmer far into the distance. From sand hills to craggy canyon peaks to soft mesas to prairies that whirl with summer dust devils, nature needs no introduction in the awe-inspiring terrain that neighbors the City of Odessa, Texas.

Odessa's Charm is found not only in its vast educational, civic and cultural aspects, but within its people who carry forth the principles of their founding fathers, entrepreneurs willing to take risks in an unknown part of Texas. Conveniently located in West Texas with access from major highways and an international airport, it is a gateway to three National Parks, including Big Bend, Carlsbad Caverns and the Guadalupe Mountains, a southern extension of the Rockies. One can easily reach the large metropolitan cities in Texas to enjoy the energy of big city living, or experience the richness of the sun setting on a cool evening that only a trip to a frontier can offer.
