A new regional airport with airline service to DEN, SLC, PHX and LA. A full time symphony orchestra, numerous galleries, theater including the Tuachan Center featuring big name concerts. 4 National Parks with in a very short drive as well as State Parks and recreation areas with in minutes.    St. George is known as "the Fitness City." Virtually surrounded by State and National Parks as well as Recreation areas that include close proximity reservoirs and the large "inland oceans" of lakes Mead and Powell. Zion National Park is 40 minutes from down town St. George. Grand and Bryce canyon are just a short drive. Water and snow ski the same day in the spring. Broadway in the desert at the 2,000+ seat Tuachan Center in stunning red rock canyons just minutes away. Nationally ranked College as well as multiple high school sports programs. Nationally ranked "Sr. Games" as well as the St. George Marathon held in the 1st week of October.
