Woodburn is located half-way between Portland Oregon and Salem Oregon, with a population of approximately 25,000 people.

Demographics include a large senior residential area, a sizable Hispanic population that includes many cultural aminities. We have a large presence of agricultural services.

Largest employers include the Woodburn School District, Food Services of America, HWI Warehouse. Professional services include attorneys, finacial services, investment firms, and many more.
Woodburn boasts of the second largest tourist attraction in Oregon - Woodburn Premium Outlet Stores. Large festivals include the Woodburn Fiesta Mexicana, Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, Great Pumpkin weigh-off and much, much more.

Chemeketa Community College campus located here. As well as a OGA Golf Course.
