Eufaula, Oklahoma is a lake community located in the central part of the lake which is the largest lake in Oklahoma covering over 800 miles of shoreline. Eufaula is a small community of less than 3000 people but with lots of things to do. It is a center of fishing, boating and other water sports, as well as in town activities. There are lots of specialty shops, a community theater and art center. It is a great place to retire, being located just 30 miles from Muskogee or McAlester, 100 miles from Tulsa, OK and just 120 miles from Oklahoma City.

The City of Eufaula is situated around beautiful Eufaula Cove. This is the gateway to many outdoor activities such as camping, boating, water skiing, and of course fishing. The lake is full of large mouth bass, sand bass, crappie, and catfish and is host to many fishing tournaments throughout the year.
